AMARO PALATINE SOUR
1.5 oz Atheras Palatine amaro
0.75 oz Bourbon
1 oz fresh lemon juice
0.5 oz simple syrup (equal parts of sugar and water)
1 egg white
Lemon zest and cocktail cherry
Combine all ingredients in a shaker and dry-shake for 10 seconds. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Double-strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with lemon twist and cocktail cherry.
HANKY PANKY
1.5 oz London Dry Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
0.5 oz Atheras Palatine Amaro
3 drops of orange bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Steer until cold and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe with an orange twist.
BERGAMOT MARGARITA
1.5 oz Reposado Tequila
0.75 oz Atheras Bergamot Liqueur
0.75 oz lime
0.25 oz agave syrup
1 full bar spoon of orange marmalade (preferably blood orange)
Lime wheel / salt
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Double-strain into an Old-Fashioned glass, rimmed with salt.
Garnish with lime wheel.
SYKOPHILOS MARTINI
1.5 oz Botanical Gin
1.5 oz Sykophilos Liqueur
2 dashes of bergamot bitters
Caramelized green fig
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Steer and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with a caramelized fig.
LEMONGRASS VESPER
1.5 oz. London Dry Gin
1 oz. oz Vodka
0.5 oz Atheras Hierba Luisa Liquer
2 dashes of Atheras Bergamot Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Steer and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with a small lemongrass stick.
WILD ARTICHOKE NEGRONI
1 oz Botanical Gin
1 oz Atheras Cardoon Liquer
0.5 oz Atheras Fig Leaf Liquer
0.5 oz Dry Vermouth
2 dashes of Atheras Palo Santo Bitters (if you have them handy)
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Steer until cold and strain into a rock glass with ice. Garnish with a flamed grapefruit peel for a fragrant finish or a simple lemon twist.
ORIGINAL SIN
1.5 oz Aged Dark Rum
1 oz Atheras Sykophilos Liqueur
1 oz Fresh Lime Juice
0.75 oz Demerara syrup
Club Soda (to top)
Combine all ingredients into a cocktail shaker (except club soda) with ice and shake well. Double-strain into a highball glass with ice and top with club soda.
Garnish with fresh or dehydrated fig.
BIJOU
1.5 oz Botanical Gin
1 oz Sweet Vermouth
.5 oz Akhenaten Amaro
2 dashes of Atheras Orange Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with ice. Steer and strain into a chilled cocktail coupe and garnish with an orange twist.
