AKHENATEN
Paying tribute to Akhenaten, the visionary Egyptian pharaoh, and the opera by Philip Glass that bears his name, this is our premium Amaro. The distinctive recipe features over 40 carefully selected spices, barks, roots, dried fruits, and nuts, drawing inspiration from the ancient Egyptians' use of botanicals and spices in the mummification process. With aromatic notes of cumin, coriander, peppermint, cloves, basil, chamomile, cedar, eucalyptus, and myrrh, among others, this Amaro offers a taste steeped in history and depth.

AMARO PALATINE
Introducing our most versatile Amaro, often referred to as our "workhorse." With delightful notes of rhubarb, angelica, coriander, rosehip, chamomile, bay leaf, and lemon verbena, this Amaro is a true staple for any bar.
PARTITA AMARI
Drawing inspiration from Johann Sebastian Bach’s Partita No. 2 in D minor for solo violin, we have crafted a unique blend of art and alchemy, transforming the emotional essence of the Partita's five movements into a collection of five distinctive Amari, each with its own complex flavor profile.
ALLEMANDA
A robust Amaro that embodies vigor, featuring harmonious notes of chamomile, eucalyptus, water mint, hibiscus, resin, and saffron.
CORRENTE
Whimsical and layered, this Amaro presents a playful blend of dill, eucalyptus, cumin, hibiscus, black cardamom, allspice, mastiha, and saffron.
SARABANDA
With a restrained and somber character, this Amaro offers a contemplative experience through its notes of bitter orange, rhubarb, oregano, coriander, cardamom, and patchouli.
