AKHENATEN
In homage to the visionary Egyptian pharaoh Akhenaten and the opera by Philip Glass that carries his name, we proudly present our premium Amaro. This unique blend features a distinctive recipe that incorporates over 40 carefully curated spices, barks, roots, resins, dried fruits, and nuts, inspired by the ancient Egyptians’ intricate use of botanicals and spices during the mummification process.
With its enchanting aromatic profile, this Amaro reveals notes of cumin, coriander, peppermint, cloves, basil, chamomile, cedar, eucalyptus, and myrrh, among others. Each sip provides a rich and captivating flavor experience that lingers with depth on the palate and evokes a sense of history.

AMARO PALATINE
Introducing our most versatile Amaro, affectionately known as our “workhorse.” Crafted to be enjoyed neat or over ice, it also excels in mixology, making it perfect for a variety of classic cocktails and innovative creations. With delightful notes of rhubarb, angelica, coriander, rosehip, chamomile, bay leaf, and lemon verbena, this Amaro is a true staple for any bar. 37% ABV
CARDOON
Cardoon is essentially a type of thistle, often referred to as wild artichoke. This liqueur presents a flavor profile that echoes the essence of artichokes, featuring a warm and aromatic, toasty aroma complemented by a subtle bitterness and grassy notes, along with a touch of sweetness. HIERBA LOUISA
Hierba Luisa, which hails from India and flourishes in South America, is renowned for its therapeutic benefits. This perennial grass is part of the Poaceae family and emits a charming lemon fragrance from every part, often referred to as "lemon grass" or "yerba limon." Our liqueur encapsulates this essence, providing a vibrant infusion of zesty citrus and herbal notes, rounded off with a soothing finish. 35% ABV
